Customers can now cover transit risks by taking on demand cargo insurance instantly and without any hassle.

The insurance covers against all general risks during transit and consumers can now avail instant insurance at lowest rates.

COMMERCIAL GOODS

LOMPIRE offers a very competitive premium at the range of 0.02% to 0.08% and it is limited to an invoice value on maximum Rs. 25 lakhs. Consumers will have to raise an additional request to avail insurance services once the transportation service is confirmed with LOMPIRE.

In case of any claim, LOMPIRE will assist with the process and also with required documentation for the claim process.

Damage Policy

LOMPIRE’S LIABILITY

In case of damage/accident for the goods that are insured by the customer,

LOMPIRE is only Liable for providing the customer with a damage certificate or document of Facts in order provide assistance for insurance claim.

OR

The customers can also Claim Refund or compensation accordingly

All claims in respect of loss, shortage and damage of consignment should be mentioned on the POD at the time of delivery and same need to intimate to LOMPIRE with 48hrs on insurance@lompire.com any claims received after 48 hrs shall not be entertained and lompire will not be liable for any loss of goods.

 

All claims are settled within 48 hours of request.
